This paper deals with the robustness stabilizability of the class of linear systems with Markovian jumping parameters and unknown but bounded uncertainties. Under the assumption of the complete access to the system's states and its modes, we establish the robust stabilizability result under norm bounded uncertainties and also under structured uncertainties. Robust H-infinity filtering for a class of uncertain discrete-time linear systems with time delays and missing measurements is studied in this paper. The uncertain parameters are supposed to reside in a convex polytope and the missing measurements are described by a binary switching sequence satisfying a Bernoulli distribution. Our attention is focused on the analysis and design of robust H-infinity filters such that, for all admissible parameter uncertainties and all possible missing measurements, the filtering error system is exponentially mean-square stable with a prescribed H-infinity disturbance attenuation level. A parameter-dependent approach is proposed to derive a less conservative result. Sufficient conditions are established for the existence of the desired filter in terms of certain linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When these LMIs are feasible, an explicit expression of the desired filter is also provided. In this paper, a novel method is proposed to address the problem of designing virtual topology over wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) networks under bandwidth demand uncertainties. And a bandwidth demand model under uncertainties is presented. The optimization goal of virtual topology design is defined as minimizing the maximum value amongp percentiles of the bandwidth demand distribution on all Hght-paths. Correspondingly, we propose a heuristic algorithm called an improved decreasing multi-hop logical topology design algorithm (ID-MLTDA) that involves with a degree of uncertainties to design virtual topology. The proposed algorithm yields better performance than previous algorithms. The nonlinear dynamic model of spinning ballistic missiles is established during the first boosting phase of the missile. Based on the conventional backstepping sliding mode control and the assumption of a two time-scale separation of missile dynamics, a graded sliding mode controller is designed with two sub-sliding surfaces which have invariability to external disturbances and parameter perturbations, and a matrix which comprises three first order low pass filters is introduced to prevent "explosion of terms". Owing to the upper bounds of the uncertainties are difficult to obtain in advance, adaptive laws are introduced to estimate the values of the uncertainties in real-time.
